  3. The extent to which the innovation focuses on understanding and meeting all needs, preferences, and expectations, resulting in a more personalized and satisfying servicing experience.
  4. The effective use of technology, digital tools, or automation to streamline servicing processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
  5. The degree of collaboration and partnership involved in developing and implementing the innovation, including cross-functional teamwork, external partnerships, or co-creation with customers.
