Customer Service Award

This award recognises organisations that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers in the Lifting Equipment Industry.

The judging panel will be evaluating initiatives that organisations have implemented to increase their customers’ satisfaction in a measurable way.

Therefore, applicants are invited to show a clear plan designed to improve the relationship between the company and its customers.

Preference will be given to initiatives which show innovation and creativity.

The winner of this award will be presented with the LEEA “Customer Service Award” by our celebrity guest speaker at the LiftEx 2019 Awards Dinner.
