- Engagement of employees in safety efforts, including participation in safety committees, hazard identification programs, safety training, and reporting of safety concerns or incidents.
- Implementation of effective processes for identifying and controlling workplace hazards, including regular inspections, risk assessments, and implementation of appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
- Open and transparent communication about safety issues, concerns, and initiatives throughout the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
