- Positive feedback from trainees, peers, and supervisors, indicating satisfaction with the trainer's effectiveness, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in training practices, evidenced by participation in relevant training programs, certifications, or memberships in professional organizations.
