  3. The effectiveness of performance management processes in setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting employee growth and development.
  4. The extent to which the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, encouraging employees to seek out new skills and experiences.
  5. Regular feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction with development programs, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing alignment with employee needs and expectations.
