- The extent to which the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, encouraging employees to seek out new skills and experiences.
- Regular feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction with development programs, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing alignment with employee needs and expectations.
