This award will go to an organisation which demonstrates:

  • The effectiveness and comprehensiveness of training and development programs offered to employees, including their alignment with organizational goals and individual learning needs.
  • Measures taken to engage employees in their own development, such as providing opportunities for skill-building, career advancement, and ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • The effectiveness of performance management processes in setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting employee growth and development.
  • The extent to which the organisation fosters a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, encouraging employees to seek out new skills and experiences.
  • Regular feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction with development programs, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing alignment with employee needs and expectations.
