This award will go to an organisation which:

• Demonstrates  a strong safety culture throughout the organisation, with a focus on promoting safety as a core value and integrating safety practices into daily operations.
• Achieves measurable safety goals and objectives, such as reducing accident rates, near misses, or lost-time incidents, and maintaining compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Engages employees in safety efforts, including participation in safety committees, hazard identification programs, safety training, and reporting of safety concerns or incidents.
• Implements effective processes for identifying and controlling workplace hazards, including regular inspections, risk assessments, and implementation of appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
• Communicats openly about safety issues, concerns, and initiatives throughout the organisation, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
