- The extent to which the innovation focuses on understanding and meeting all needs, preferences, and expectations, resulting in a more personalized and satisfying servicing experience.
- The effective use of technology, digital tools, or automation to streamline servicing processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
- The degree of collaboration and partnership involved in developing and implementing the innovation, including cross-functional teamwork, external partnerships, or co-creation with customers.
